I had an error message "where is v_plbook.dbf" or something similar.
I originally installed UFT 3.0 as an upgrade to 2.91. My hard drive got wiped while away for repairs, and when I went to reinstall, I simply selected the same options as I had for the previous installation - which didn't include any of the libraries bar REVENT.
After a while, I figured out that maybe for a first installation, I had to reinstall everything (bar the Kennedy database, Records Requester and Family Album Maker) - which was what I did and it worked. No error messages.
Hope this helps anyone with the same problem.
