John,
Guess I should ask this in an e-mail to you - but don't know how to do that! What I would like to get assistance in doing for which I am willing to pay is:

The database of my ancestors needs to be put in a book form. Presently I have it in Ultimate Family Tree (my favorite), Master Genealogist, Version 5; and Family Tree Maker 2005. So someone could work with it in the form they wish.

I want the families (such as Jones, smith, ladd, etc.) to be in separate chapters to begin at the oldest ancestor in that family down to the one who ties into another family. This could be achieved by grouping.

I would like the indexing to be marked. Then the journal report in a Text file which I can import into Word Perfect. Then I can edit and add to as needed before generating a final index in Word Perfect.

I just don't think I have the expertise to do that, but know it can be done. What do you think and could you help?

Thanks. Mary
