Does it give you an option to locate two at a time and then "identify"?? That would be the only way I know of to merge them. The only other "Merge" is to merge projects and that's not what you are wanting. I'm wondering if you did a Source Summary Report, if you could figure out WHICH source you wanted, then go back into the Inidividual files and delete a duplicate source and then "find" the number of the source you want to keep.
