Family Journal Wording has changed.
I have Ultimate Family Tree Deluxe installed on two computers. One running Windows 98 and the other running Windows 2000.A couple of weeks ago I upgraded to Adobe 7.0 reader and discovered that my default True Type fonts had changed to Open Face fonts.Microsoft and Adobe, working together changed their default fonts to open face.My UFT program would no longer recongize the Open Face Times New Roman fonts.
I exported my databases to GEDCOM files and re-installed Windows 2000 after deleting Adobe Reader 7.0. then opened the files in Family Tree Maker, then exported them to GEDCOM again, and imported them into UFT after doing a clean re-install of UFT to make sure there were no bad databases.
My Family Journal Report now prints in Times New Roman as it should, but I have noticed that some of the text in the report has changed.I have used UFT for over 6 years and every report states, "John Doe and Mary Doe had the following children:"Now the program has changed the report to "John Doe and Mary Doe had the following family".I have used the program on my Windows 2000 computer for over a year with the reports printing as they should.Does anyone know how to change the text back to read children? My Windows 98 computer still prints children after importing the same files.
