For reports printed directly from UFT, or perhaps from the rather dated included standalone UFT Text Editor, the standard answer has been to get the the font count down below ~250.

But if you have MS Word, you can generate RTF file extension versions of most reports. These *.RTF files will typically not use the Roots Font, and can be selected in Printer Setup's "Print to file option".

If you have MS word there is no problem with the Export. Hust find the path to Winword.exe in short filename format.

If you have WordPerfect 6 or 7, there should be no problem. If you have any other Text Editor, the export *can* get a little dicey.

Please read the older posts and search for "Winword.exe" on this forum for previous suggestions.
