Thanks for the reply. I took your advice and opened the Roots font window and compaired it to Arial and several other fonts. Besides style there are two significant differences in the characters. In the Roots font the first capital letter in each line is above (one space) the rest of the line. The other difference is in the numbers line above the letters. Numbers 1 thru 9 print in a line but at the end where the (:!?) print, they print one space below the numbers. It looks like something is wrong with the Roots font? What's happening and is this causing my problem and can I fix it? Many thanks.
