saving as GEDCOM - which format, please?

I am not computer-literate, so hope my question at least makes sense!
I want to save as GEDCOM but am uncertain as to which format to save it, in order that all the text (biographical and event)will be included. When I try to, on the screen appears
Basic (BMDB)
ROOTS III (4.0)
Family 5.5
Event 1.0.
We have UFT Project version 96 Program version 2.8.
Before we had to have a new hard disk installed I would just save as GEDCOM and away it went, and I never noticed what format it was in. Now it gives me these choices and I don't know which to choose!
Also, now when we open the UFT the display is right down the screen, dont know why!
Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you for reading this.
Joy
