Hi Bill!!
Patch 26 is not necessary if using version 3.1. I simply installed from the 3.0 CD and then downloaded the update before opening any of my sqz backups and it worked beautifully. As to the backup files not being sqz,nor including all library files, I'm not sure what to tell ya. I believe someone put something on the board quite awhile back about restoring from backups that were not sqz. You might do a search on that.
