Good luck on finding another copy of UFT, it has been discontinued for 3 or 4 years and there is no support for it anymore except on this list.

What I would do is consider getting a different program. Many former users of UFT are now using The Master Genealogist available at http://www.whollygenes.com

TMG can read your UFT data and directly generate a TMG database with almost no loss of data.
