This program has been discontinued for around 4 years now. That said, go to message 9987 for information about how to solve the divide by zero problem.

If it were me, I would not start using a program that has been discontinued but would try to find one that is currently supported. Many users of UFT have converted to The Master Genealogist which is available at http://www.whollygenes.com/
