I did not get in on any updates as Technical Online Support was not on line and telephone numbers were disconnected. I am trying to get the Charts under Reports to be operational. When I open Reports on the Tool Bar, everything is operational except Charts which remains a light gray color. Where do I go for help or how do I correct this problem?
