In UFT the Place Files are common to all projects (with a few exceptions).

If you restore a project, which does not have the most current "Library" file you could change the place file in the other projects so they would not have hte up to date information.

I would suggest that you backup the "Library" files seperate from the project files and back them up everytime you backup any one of the projects.

When you restore a project then you can also restore the libraries with the latest version and not be worried about affecting other projects.
