Installation of all CDs on jukebox

I work for the Seattle Public Library. We are attempting to make the Family Tree archive CDs available to our patrons (one CD at a time) via a CD jukebox connected to the LAN. The patrons are using a Win95 computer connected to the LAN, and using FAV6.0. The problem I'm running into is that the archive CDs were never actually installed; they are in the jukebox and shared on the network, but I can't open the Family Finder on the CDs, even when I change ftw.ini to reflect the drive letter (it's a network drive) of the CD share containing .TOC files. As far as I can see, none of the CDs contain .FTW files, so I'm assuming there's an installation process for the archive CDs.

Can you offer any advice? I realize this wasn't intended as a network application, but otherwise, the librarians have to check disks out one at a time, which is very labor-intensive.
