Hello Lars,
I would love some help with my William H. Uffmann. He was 27 on the 1880 census for Aurora, Portage County Ohio. His birth date would be 1852-1854. He married Minnie Pheil and had children William Henry, Harry (Henry William), Arthur, Frieda Barbara and Louisa. He died before 1900 probably in Cincinnati Ohio. I reviewed your tree from the link you provided and am familiar with the Missouri Uffmann family, but I do not have a connection to them. Frieda was my greatgrandmother. Does your data base have information on Uffmanns leaving Germany for America? Thank you for your postings and have a happy new year.
