The names sound Czech rather than Russian. Are you sure that they were born in Russia? However, the fact is that there were a few Czech settlements in Russia in the 19th century. Do you know more details about the location? I would recommend you to put this ad on the Czech forum. Correct spelling of their names would then be: John (Jan) Uchytil, Theresa (Teresa) Hromátka/Hromádka/Hromátková/Hromádková.
