TYSOE, Samuel 1797 UK
Posted by: Vicki Culverhouse Date: March 06, 2000 at 13:47:33

Am descended from Samuel Tysoe, born circa
1797 in Bedfordshire, son of Thomas. Have
quite a few records of Beds. Tysoes if anyone
interested. Read with interest the thought
that the name may be German. It is supposed
to be a place name, after the Tysoe villages
in Warwickshire, but my Grandmother said we
had Spanish & Japanese in us! Not been able
to find this so far, though a Tysoe contact
in Australia had heard of a Spanish connection. If I can help with UK research
please contact me.
