My great great grandfather, Edward Tyrrell, Co. Roscommon (tombstone information at Mt. Calvery Cemetery, Richmond, VA) left Ireland and arrived in US about 1850. I have met a lady in Westmeath who was a Tyrrell and also have met her cousin who lives in Roscommon. We have similar given names--Richards, Edwards, Williams, etc., but no proof of a relationship. Any information appreciated. I am in contact with one of their cousins in the US who has extensive Roscommon and Washington DC Tyrrell information. I will be back in Ireland and visit with both in May. Any suggestions appreciated.

Mary Lee
