In case anyone is interested, I've answered my own question.

The first husband of Christine Lonadier, the man called Joseph Tynes elsewhere in this thread, went by the name of John W. Tynes during most of his life. He was born in February 1899 in Red River Parish, Louisiana, the third child of William Hicks Tynes and his first wife Mary L. _____. William was the son of Timothy Tynes and Amanda Henry; Timothy was the son of Timothy Tynes (1788-1869) and Margaret Gipson, of Butler County, Alabama.

Christine Lonadier was born 21 December 1901 in Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana. I haven't found her parents, but there were several Lonadier (and variant spellings) families in Natchitoches Parish at that time. Christine (Lonadier) (Tynes) Beason died in Kern County, California, on 16 July 1955.

It's interesting to note that Christine's second husband, Ivy L. Beason, appears only five households away from William Hicks Tynes on the 1910 census. So it's likely that Christine's two husbands knew each other before either of them knew Christine.
