My oldest brothers birth father is Edward Joseph Tyner. He married a Lillie Belle Rummans abt 1949/50. Soon after Frank Clifton was born in 1951, she left and moved with the boys. They soon after divorced.My oldest brother is Edward Michale Tyner born 1950. Both boys were born in Hartsville,Darlington S.C. Anybody with information on this line please let me know.
