Verna - Thanks so much. I think we may have a match. The 1820 US Census spells Robinson's last name Tindall. The 1830 has a Will Tindall and a Robinson Tyndale. Robinson did indeed have a son Hector. There were ten children from the marriage of Robinson & Sarah. If you would like the info I have from their children let me know. Thanks again. Your branch emigrated to Canada? Do you know why? Robinson was a merchant selling china and pottery. I don't know why he came to US. Teri
