I have read that there is no such thing as a family coat of arms. They are issued to individuals and not to family names as a group symbol. This is why people find a coat of arms for a certain name and think it is the surname coat of arms for all with that surname. A coat of arms belongs to an individual. Notify Administrator about this message?
