Hi Jennifer,
Thanks so much for letting me know that you received
the marriage license. I was never able to find one.
I do know that Cinnanattus W. Tyler married Alice
Bolton Gentry on November 6, 1873. What date do you
show they were married.and where?
I wonder if she could have been married before
to someone else. Her maiden name was Gentry
It seems that there are a few similiar things here.
If this is the same person she would be my grandmother's great Aunt.
I know that my Cincinnattus and Alice had one daughter
named Lillie Watkins Tyler born September 25, 1874 in
Richmond. Va.
I show that Cincinnattus was born Sept. 9, 1849 and
died May 16, 1928, and that he was a judge in Richmond.
Alice was born about 1854 and died April 9, 1905, but
I was never able to get a death record.
