Joyce, I can't prove the Alfreds are the same but I think they are.

I Sylvester Tylee considering the uncertaintyl of this mortal life and being of sound and memory do give Rebecca Tylee my wife (for) her life my farm or Lot of Land on which I live.No. 46 One hundred acres more or less with all the buildings & all other improvements whatever they may be that are on the same except two acres of land lying on the north east sd. farm I give to Clarisca Lum his [sic] natural life after his [sic] to revert to the person or persons to whom I give my farm after the death of my wife it is my will to give to Alfred Tylee my son my farm on which I live Lot No. 46 lying in Hubbard & it is my will that Alfred Tylee my son pay over to Clarisca Lum my daughter on hundred & twenty five dollars & to my daughter Marietta Roberts my Daughter one hundred & twenty five dollars to my Daughter Rebecca Kelly one hundred & twenty five Dollars as follows to pay One hundred and twenty five Dollars in one year after my wifes death divided among my three daughters & so annually until the whole is paid this without interest if paid when it is due my personal property after paying my lawful Debts I give to my wife Rebecca after her death to be divided equally among my children it is my will that forty acres of land lying on the north part of my farm by given to my three Daughters Clarisca Marietta and Rebecca for security until the money which Alfred Tylee my son is to pay my Daughters and no longer it is my will also that Alfred Tylee my son pay to the Mishionary Society twenty Dollars in three years after my wife's death this out of the personal property before it is divided it is my will that Alfred Tylee my son & Thomas Roberts my son in law be my executors to settle my Estate.
