Tyer family originated in NC, Lewis and Thomas , etc.. Craven, Rowan,m Davidson, Guilford, etc., My anc. James (w. Elizabeth Lambeth)Tyer went to TN, then Lawrence Co., MS. After Elizabeth died, Jame remarried and went to Abbeville, MS, and died there.The Lewis Tyer and Moses Lambethfathers of James and Elizabeth) followed them through TN, d. in MS at Holly Springs. my e-mail: jwordsmith#worldnet.att.net. Looking for parents of Elizabeth Wilson who md. James' son Thomas (d. Holly Ssprings, MS)(had bro. Goodloe who came to TX).
