Deborah, you mention a book of your GGAunt's and I am wondering if there is any way I could obtain a copy of it somewhere. It would be most interesting to see what and who is listed there.
I also wonder where you may have heard that Henry Harrison Tye was involved with the Quantrill Raiders.
He would not have been a young man at the time of their antics. In fact he must have been in his 40's at the beginning of the Civil War and I would think that most of the men would have been much younger that carried on like they did. He was so busy marrying that I wonder if he would have had the time to ride around the countryside like they did. Anyway, thanks for your help.
