I've been researching the Ford family and believe I have some census records of your Nine Arnold and Homer Milton Ford:

1900 us census for Young Co., ed161, sh1B
H.M.Ford, 44, b. Apr 1856 Ala., Ala., Ala., farmer
Ninah, 38, b. Aug 1861 Miss, S.C., Miss
(they were married 3 years, 0 children, but three children lived with them from his first marriage)
Dudley, 14, b. Apr 1886 Tx.
Milton H., 12, b. Feb 1888 Tx.
Susie, 9, b. June 1890 Tx.

They were also in Young Co. in the 1910 and 1920 census years when her name was given as Will A. and Wilana.
