1. Robert Houston Payne; Married:1833 Ala.
Martha D.Porter
Children: 1.Ruby Virginia
2.Bobbie Massie
3.Tinie
Ruby Virginia Payne was born:12/11/1865 near Marlin,Texas Falls co.And Married in 1888
James Albert Kirby :Children:
1. Amy Irene Kirby :born 9/27/1889 in South Bend,Texas Young co.
and died 1/6/1892
James kirby was a drug dealer had his own wagon and went from town to town selling medicine. Ruby lived to be 91 and newspaper clipings say that she is a cousin to Gen. Robert E.Lee!!
The rest of their children were born on upward north and north west Texas To Good night,Texas.. any help on this line would be helpfull..Charles
