I have been looking for a birth certificate for me. I was born in Graham, in 1938, I sent to Graham and they said there was no record of my birth. Since that time, I have found a letter that my mother wrote stating my birth may have been listed as an un-named female child. I would like someone to check in the records for Young County and see if that could have been possib
le. my info is :
female child of Litt J. Elliott and Mable Clair Perry, born Sept.26, 1938
the birth would have been listed with the birth on my twin also. both as un-named

Thank You for any help. Annette Elliott Winslow
