Wood County Cousins Reunion - June 2004

Have you noticed that families are rather like Tribbles? They have a tendency to multiply and multiply and multiply. In just three generations, you may lose track of who your aunts, uncles and cousins are. It can get very hectic and confusing, and you will probably need charts to figure it all out, but we will have charts at our Family Reunion in June 2004, and then you can see that itís true! The Mansells do connect to the Reeds And throw in a few of the following: cox, cobb, HOBBS, HOOPER, LINDLEY, MC GUIRE, MINNICK, MOBLEY, REICH, SHAMBURGER, TURBEVILLE, WORTHINGTON,and ZIEGLER.

I left out a whole lot of names that link to our Reed and Mansell ancestors, and given a little time, the list could go on for pages. But I love meeting family and hope you do, too. So we are going to have a Family Reunion in Mineola this summer. It seemed a perfect placeÖ. After all, the mothers and fathers of all my first cousins were born there. Our grandparents and great grandparents lived there, too, and all their sisters and brothers. So we are truly returning to our roots. Please plan to join us. I think we will have a good time.

June 18, 19, 20 in Mineola, Texas. Contact me for additional information.
