Hello, Were you Barber branches from Barbour co. Alabama? or near Camden and Ware counties Georgia? My grandmother was Elizabeth A Barber / Voorhees. When she was 85 years old 1900 census she was living with her daughter and son in law... Joseph and Jemima Coston. Their neighbors were James and Suzanna Barber. There is another Barber family I'm almost certain a tie can be found in ... Peyton Barber also Wood Co 1900 census. I think there is a connection between this Barber family and my Voorhees / Vorhees family.
