I FOUND A JASPER ARMSTRONG, DEEP CREEK SCHOOL ROLL 1859 OR 60. JOHN MONTGOMERY MUSTER- ROLL OF COMPANY RAISED FOR CONFEDERATE SERVICE 1862 FROM THE PRAIRIE POINT AREA, WESTLY HIGGINS JUSTICE OF THE PEACE, PRECINCT 4, ALSO ON A TAX LIST THAT I HAVE FROM WISE COUNTY FOR 1890 THERE ARE TWO HIGGINS, G.W. HIGGINS AND W.A. HIGGINS. DONT KNOW IF THESE ARE YOURS , BUT THAT IS WHAT I HAVE FOUND SO FAR.
