The cemetery at Audubon is something I'm interested in also. I have found that the woman who founded this town was my ancestor. She is buried in the neighboring Alvord, at Ballground cemetery where there is a full list of burials. I'm going to go see for myself in mid March 2010. Mary Ann Couch Shirey b1825 (Aunt Polly) and her husband Draydon Shirey b1830 started the town around 1865, but it was absorbed into Alvord by 1930. I've been trying to figure out where DD Shirey is buried. I know he died before 1885. If I find anything in Audubon, TX I'll post it. Cynthia Couch Rodriguez
