William Spencer O'neal was born 3 June 1858 in Carroll Co., Arkansas and was a son of Charles B. and Mary (Patty) O'neal. He lived later in Wise County, Texas then I lose track of him. He had a sister, Mary Jane, who married into the Arwine and Blocker families at Bridgeport.

William's roots go back to John Spencer O'neal of Kentucky and later Missouri and Arkansas.

Does anyone know anything about William S. O'neal's wife or children?
