I am looking for the grave site of my husband's great-grandfather. He moved to San Angelo for health reasons. He is listed in the 1910 Federal Census with his wife Annie, children Charlie, Jr., Lucy, Louis, Mary, Emil, and Frank. All of these children were from his previous marriage to Franciska Bouchala. Charlie is the only one of the family to be buried in San Angelo, since everyone moved back to Austin and Fort Bend Counties.
I have copy of his death certificate that states:
Name Chas. Sodolak
DOB not listed (but is is Oct 1868,
Death March 12, 1911 from Tuberculosis,
the informant's name was Joe Fagan who was a hired hand that later married Annie,
Place of burial is hard to read (I found the certificate through the pilot record program on the lds.org site) but the lds transcription is that the cemetery name is Achalie (I think it might say Catholic),
that the burial date is March 13, 1911,
the film no. is 2050431,
the digital FS number is 4165852,
the image number is 3290,
the reference number is 6998
and the Collection is Texas Deaths 1890-1976.
I would very much like to find out where his grave site is located. Thank you so much for your help!!!
