I do not know the trial dates. I just found out lately that Herbert was in his neighbors pasture. We were told he was found near his tractor in his field and that nobody was charged with his murder. I found out the truth from a former daughter in law of Herbert Insall's who had found what I posted and wanted us to know the truth. Herbert Insall was my mother's first cousin and I met the family once when we went to visit them when I was a young girl. I'm 67 now so that was a long time ago. I'll appreciate anything you could find. The daughter in law said that the truth was hidden from her as well until she stumbled on the newspaper clippings later on and her mother in law finally told her the story. She was very upset that the truth had not been told. The former daughter in law was divorced from her husband and is not in contact with the family. I want my mother and cousins to read the story. I cannot tell my mother on the phone because she cannot hear so I would like the stories so she can read them as she can still see even though she is 92 years old. She lives in Coleman, Texas but I live in Florida.
