I looked at the 1930 census and I thought the name was Garland "Massie." So I went looking.
1920 census Jackson Co, OK:
Massey[sic], William W., h 36, md, b TN, TN, TN
" Fannie R., wf, 30, md, b VA, VA, VA
" Eva M., d, 12, b OK
" Garland W., s, 11, b OK
" Odell G., s, 9, b OK
" Cleo B., d, 5, b TX - yes, TX
" (Willma ?) C. d, 1 5/12, b OK
Not wife of William shows birth locations of VA, VA, VA, same as Laura on the 1930 census. I'm guessing the connection is with the two ladies. Do you know maiden name of Laura???

Go to Rootsweb's WorldConnect site-- http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi -- Type in Massey, William, spouse -- Fannie Wampler. There are two matches. It's the second one you want to check out. I clicked on Fannie's name and when info on her comes up, clicked on her father. Sure enough among his children is not only Fannie, but there's Laura, who she married etc. Contact the submitter find out sources for their information etc. Share what you know on your branch.
Happy Hunting (^_^)
