1920 census Young Co, TX:

West, William H., h, 50, wid, 28, b LA, CA, LA
" Opal, d, 12, b TX, LA, TX
Solomon, Pearl, d, 22, wid, b TX, LA, TX
Harvill, Douglas h., grdson, 5, b TX, TX, TX
" Bobbie, grdson, 2 3/12, b TX

Looks like it was Opal born about 1909. I'm assuming the Harvill grandsons are children of his daughter Ruby.

If you go to -- http://search.labs.familysearch.org/recordsearch/start.html?..#p=0 -- you can see digitized actual death certificate for William.

William H. West, b 23 Sep 1877 LA; d 13 Nov 1948 Vernon, Wilbarger Co, TX; father W.H. West; mother Mary Burn

1910 census Wichita, Wichata Falls Co, TX:

West, Wm. H., h, 34, M(1) 6 yrs, b LA, LA, LA
" Louella, wife, 30 M(1) 6 yrs, b TX, TX, TX
" Rubie, d, 5, b OK
" Loyd[sic], s, 4, b TX
" Pearly, d, 2, b TX

Happy Hunting (^_^)
