Would anyone happen to have any recollection or knowledge of Chapman's Dairy, who operated in the late 30's - early 40's? I believe that it was located on the Northeast side of Wichita Falls (possibly outside the city limits), close to River Road, or at least in close distance to Lower Charlie Road, near the Wichita Valley Farms area.
I had several family members who were worked there, and the existance of any archived employment records for the Dairy would be a true treasure.
