I did get help in locating Mary Petty's obit who died in 1929, but I still am looking for info on William

When Mary died in Oct. 1929, she was living with her son, so I "assume" William died before Mary did making his death after January 17,1920 when the census was taken and before Oct. 1929 when Mary died.

I only have seen his name as William and William F. The "F" could have stood for Forrest, but unsure.

Can you help me? I would be very happy to offset your cost

Thank you.
