William T. Phillips/Philips Wheeler Co. 1910 Cens

My GF, Arthur C. Phillips died very young and there is no one in my Phillips family with any significant info on the family. Have run into the proverbial brick wall in tracing him and his father, Charles W. Phillips (who died somewheer in AR after 1920). After my GGM died about 1901, my GF Arthur went to Chilicothe to live with an "Uncle John" and others in the family moved to AR with my GGF and his 2nd wife. A brother, William Tom, either did not go to AR or came back as I found him, age 23, in the 1910 census in Wheeler Co. along with wife Margaret, age 21 and a daughter Minnie B., age 1. (in census the name was spelled Philips- with one "L" as was uncle John's over in Hardeman Co.). If any one could provide any info on this family I would be most grateful. Haven't located them in 1920 census yet and do not know when they may have moved from Wheeler Co. Census listed him as a "painter"
