Mary Emaline Horn Davison(12-2-1846)was my great-great-grandmother. She was married to George M. Davison who died in 1893. She lived until 1946. Etta Davison Wigginton was her daughter and my great-grandmother. I believe that there were 6 children in all. Most are buried next to her in the family plot at ODHS Cemetary in El Campo, Texas. The family came to Texas from Itawamba, County Mississippi in the 1880's, first settling in Franklin County. They came to Wharton, County Texas in the mid- to late-1890's.
Etta was the mother of nine children. Another son had two children. None of her other children had offspring. Many family members still reside in the El Campo area.
