I noticed in the message that you posted, you mentioned a Ben T Morton. My great grandfather was Benjamin Thomas Morton who was married to Ida. They lived in Wharton county area and are buried in a cemetery in El Campo, Texas. I believe early in their marriage, they may have lived in the Stephens county or Eastland county area Some of his children were:

Emory
Loal (not sure of spelling)
Cilton Thomas (my grandfather)
Clarence
Essie
Bessie
Emagene
Olivia
May

The children of my grandfather, Cilton Thomas were:

Barbara Ann (my mother)
Cilton Wayne
Aline Annette

Hope this helps. I have just started researching my geneology and would appreciate any information you may have.

Linda
