Benito RODRIGUEZ, Webb County immigrant (Mexico)

I'm looking for more information on Benito RODRIGUEZ, who I found in the 1880 census in Webb county. He is living in the household of Merced Lopez, is aged 24, and is a shepherd.

I am wondering if this is the same Benito RODRIGUEZ who settled in San Patricio County, TX and married Jesusa HINOJOSA. That couple had Leopoldo, Pedro, Carmen, and Emmanuel.

So, anyone know more info about this Benito Rodriguez? Any info would be appreciated.
