There was a Military Fort in Webb County during the 1800's. Fort McIntosh. It served as a fort for military during the early part of Laredo and Webb county history. You might also contact The Villa San Agustin De Laredo Genealogical Society. Its historian is Miss Norma S. Hagy. Her email address is nhagy@border.net.com
