Martin Frankin Alexander was married to Louisa Murphree and was a leading citizen in Evergreen before moving to Giddings. His wife and much of her family are buried in the nearly-lost Old Evergreen Cemetery. He is buried in the cemetery in Tow, Texas (see findagrave.com). His biography can be found in the Citizens of Washington and Lee County (or some similar title).
