GANN cemetery, Sub. Division 4

I'm interested in cemetery information for the GANN family of Washington Co., TN. I realize there is a lot of information on Ancestry.com about this family but it doesn't fill in some of the blanks.
The cemetery information, for one.

Ignatius Nathan GANN, born in Virginia, died on 18 July 1839 in Jonesborough, Washington Co., TN.

His widow was still alive in 1850 and in Sub. Division 4 in Washington Co., TN. Sarah Elizabeth Gann died 9 April 1856.

Their daughter, Permella Catherine Gann, died 28 Feb. 1850 in Washington Co.

The other GANN children went to Texas.

Is there someone who could tell me which cemetery they may have been buried in or (hopefully) what church it was attached to?

Thank you,
Shirley Maynard
Hampton, VA
