To find possible information about someone who is buried in Washington County, Texas, you can check the Clayton Library website (www.hpl.lib.tx.us/clayton). This library is in Houston and has an extensive collection of genealogical information. I entered "Washington County, Texas" in the "key word search" area and found the library has a book titled "Cemetery Records of Washinton County, 1826 -1960" I don't know how helpful this information may be -- I was able to go to the library several years ago and did find my great-great grandparents' names with death dates listed in the book.
