Alexander in Washington Co., 1850-1880

Does anyone have any information on anyone in
an Alexander family in WAshington Co.?

I am told that my Alexanders were in the Evergreen
area and Giddings some time between 1870 and 1890.
In particular, I am looking for info on the family of
Thomas Jefferson Alexander (wife Ada Susan Foreman)
who was supposedly born in Giddings in 1865.

Thomas was the son of Martin Franklin Alexander.
He had two wives, Louisa (or S.) and Galetha.
Louisa's last name may have been Murphree or Murphy.
Galetha's last name at the time of marriage was
Harrison (but this may have been from a previous
marriage). Susan Kellough also is found in his
household, but I am not sure of the relation.
May have been one of his mother-in-laws.

Martin and his family lived in the Evergreen area
of Washington Co., TX, in 1850-1860. Martin shows
up as "M.T. Alexander" in Lee Co. in 1880
(possibly the same house... Lee Co. formed from
Washington Co.), but I cannot find Martin or his
kin in 1870.

Any info on Martin or Thomas would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Lou
