=====================================================
       Can anyone identify the following CRAWFORDS
in Waller County, Texas? They were there doing land deals from 1873 to 1878.

        A. W. Crawford and his wife Eliza A., B. H. Crawford and E. K. Crawford, Robert H. Crawford, R. W. and E. A. Crawford.

       Robert H. Crawford was also in Austin County, TX in 1873.

       I'm trying to find out what relationship, if any, these Crawfords had with my great grandmother, Fannie A. BOWLES who married Sam T. STOUTSENBERGER in Waller Co. She never discussed her family with her children, and they never visited, so I keep being surprised to discover, one sibling at a time, that she had at least seven sisters and a brother. Maybe one of the Crawfords was a married sister.
       Other surnames associated with those land records at that time were: ASHER, BURNHAM, CAMPBELL, CHAMBERS, MAGALE, MARCUS, MCDADE, MINNISE, MOTT, WARD and WHEELER.

       In the 1880 census, Fannie Bowles Stoutsenberger was living in Palestine, Anderson Co., TX. Four doors away was listed a J. CRAWFORD, a dry goods merchant, with his family of William, Theoria (sp.?) and George.

       If you can tell me anything about these Crawfords, or the other surnames I've mentioned, I would appreciate hearing from you. Linne
