Carol,thanks,yes that is him and his wife and child and his wife's mother.I have reason to believe he died later than I was first told.Someone sent me a message that he died Aug.10,1934 in Walker Co,Texas.I'm pretty sure it will turn out to be correct.I need to see if I can get someone in Walker Co.to look it up at the courthouse and get me a paper copy of his death record if at all possible.
